Once you have logged in, you may want to start looking for your first product to purchase. There are two options. You can either drill down through categories to find what you are after. Or you can use the search bar.

 

The Categories Menu

1. In the top menu, you will always have a Shop by Category drop down.

2. Click on this menu option and you will be presented with all the categories of products that the store has

3. The menu has several layers, so you can really drill down to what you want by navigating through this dropdown and finally selecting the category of products you would like to see.

 

The Search Bar

1. In the top menu, you will always have a search icon (The magnifying glass). Click on this icon to drop down a search bar

   

2. The search bar tells you to enter a keyword, sku or category. You can use any of these to find the product you want. For example, you could search for ‘pc’ or ‘msi’ or ‘9S6-B18311-033’

3. When you type something into the search bar, you will get an autocomplete list of possible searches and products. Once options appear, you can either press return to see all search results in the next page that loads, or select one of the suggested options.

4. If you select a product from the suggested list, you will be taken to that product page, otherwise you will be taken to a paginated list of products that are related to your search.

 

The Search Results List

1. Search results are listed in paginated form.

2. You can sort them using the ‘Sort By’ dropdown, which allows you to sort by Relevance, Price or Product Name

3. You can choose how many products to show per page using the Show Dropdown

4. In addition, on the left hand side of the search results, you can filter your search results using various options. Whether you want to refine by stock status, price or category, once you make a choice, the list will refresh to show the search results that match what you have selected.

5. Once you find a product you want, you can choose the quantity by using the dropdown to the right of the product and then click ‘Add to Basket'

 

 

Alternatively, if your company has a Company Catalogue setup or shared Favourites you can find things quickly using one of the following methods:

Favourites

Favourites can always be found in your account area or from account dropdown menu

1. From your account dropdown in the main menu, select ‘Favourites’

   

2. Or if you are in the Account area, select the ‘Favourites’ option from the menu on the left hand side.

 

Company Catalogue

The Company Catalogue can always be found in your account area or from account dropdown menu

1. From your account dropdown in the main menu, select ‘Company Catalogue’

   

2. Or if you are in the Account area, select the 'Company Catalogue option from the menu on the left hand side.
