The login page

1. The login page can always be found at https://vip.vohkus.com/customer/account/login/. Bookmark this page for future use.

   

Logging In to your account

1. If you already have an account, or have just set one up, add your email and password to the appropriate fields. Due to the complexity of some passwords, there is also a checkbox to ‘Show Password’ so that you can verify what you typed in is correct.

2. Click ‘Sign In’ once you are ready

Creating a new account

1. If you don’t already have an account, click on the ‘Create a Company Account’ button on the login page

   

2. The following form has a number of fields to fill out. Fields with a red asterix next to the label are mandatory and others are optional.

   

3. The Company Address has a Find Address field. If you start typing the address into this field, it will autocomplete your address. Once you see the correct address, select it from the dropdown options.

   

4. Click ‘Submit’ to create your new company account

Forgot Your Password?

If you have forgotten your password, or it doesn’t appear to be working, you can always reset your password.

1. Click on 'Forgot your password?' on the login page

2. Enter your email and the characters shown in the captcha, into the appropriate fields

   

    

3. Click Reset My Password

4. An email will be sent to your inbox. Be sure to check your spam folder just in case and follow the instructions contained in the email to reset your password.

5. Once you have completed the steps in the email, you can try and login once more from the login page.
