1.0  About our Terms & Conditions of Use:

1.1  Welcome to our website (the Site). These terms and conditions of use (Terms) set out your rights and obligations in respect of your use of the Site.

1.2  References in these Terms to the Site includes the following websites and all associated subdomains and web pages:

1.3        Access to and use of the Site is permitted solely on the basis of these Terms. By accessing or using the Site or otherwise indicating your consent, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the documents referred to in them.

References to we, our and us in these Terms also includes our group companies from time to time including Vohkus Technologies S.R.L. and Vohkus Private Limited.

1.7    The supply of goods and services through the Site is strictly subject to our Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale and Supply available at:  /legal/terms.  

2        Using the Site

2.1        Your access to and use of the Site is strictly conditional on your full compliance with all applicable laws.

2.2        We seek to make the Site as accessible as possible. If you have any difficulties using the Site, please contact us using notices@vohkus.com.

2.3        We may prevent or suspend your access to the Site if you do not comply with any part of these Terms, any policies to which they refer or any applicable law.

5            Submitting information to the Site
