ROLE OVERVIEW

At Vohkus, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our Finance Team and play a key role in supporting our financial operations.

This role offers exposure across core accounting activities and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, values accuracy, and wants to grow their career in finance within the technology sector.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

You’ll support day‑to‑day finance operations, including invoice processing, reconciliations, reporting, and month‑end activities. You’ll also help maintain accurate financial records and support compliance activities such as VAT returns and audits.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• Experience in a finance or accounts assistant role
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• An interest in professional accountancy qualifications (AAT, ACCA or similar)
• A proactive, collaborative approach
