Key Responsibilities

  • To meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Meet and exceed daily activity targets.
  • Proactively generate opportunities through calls / emails / MS Teams & social media
  • To understand how to sell our full portfolio of products and services which includes the following business units:
    • Digital Workspace
    • Collaboration
    • Print
    • Enterprise
    • Networking
    • Cyber Security
    • Software
    • Professional & Managed Services
  • To be able to work independently as well as in a multi-tiered dedicated account management team.
  • To pro-actively manage accounts following the Vohkus CRM model, ensuring that all activities are logged accordingly.
  • To ensure that Pipeline & Forecast opportunities are maintained in line with the Company expectations, with accurate updates as required.
  • To work closely with the Pre-Sales teams and commercial overlay team to build compelling outcomes for customers.
  • To liaise with the appropriate back-office teams and ensure that the solution can be delivered according to the customer’s expectations.
  • To ensure that any commitments are followed up and that all the stakeholders are bought into the agreed deliverables.
  • Ability to qualify and pursue net new business, utilising a mixture of cold calling, emailing and social media to approach the right type of contacts and build Pipeline.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as required by the Sales Manager.


Key Skills / Experience 

As a well-rounded Web Sales Executive, your Skills and Experiences likely include

  • Minimum of 1 year experience working for a Value-Added Reseller (VAR) or IT focuser Partner/Reseller
  • Experience in selling hardware and services over the phone and or face to face.
  • A proven track record of pro-actively making telephone calls to prospects or clients.
  • A motivated self-starter who consistently demonstrates an enthusiastic, never give up' attitude
  • An ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes and practices
  • Ability and willingness to work independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to build rapport at all levels of an organisation
  • Strong written communication skills with an attention to detail
  • Have good administration skills: you will be required to keep our Salesforce system up to date with pre-sales information and complete
  • Excellent computer skills specifically with Microsoft Office and Teams
